Suppose you want your organization to join Fm Portal®. How does it work?

Coördination begins at Facility Portal, initiator of the Fm Portal® concept. Our consultant will bring your organization and others interested in your local ares together. A quick scan of the organizations identify the different needs- and thus the exchange possbilities (module 1). An analysis of suppliers and contract packages decide the first phase.

 

The second phase consists of managing the framework agreements. Here, the consultant for each organization can have the following role:

None: The organization itself controls the contacts and maintains contact with vendors themselves.

Custodian Contact: The consultant does invoice verification and occurs in disputes arising from contacts

Front Office: Except despository contact, the consultant contacts between buyer and supplier, such as supply shortages.

Maincontracting: Invoicing by the consultant according to customer desired appointments.
