Modules

All the services provided by Fm Portal® are flexible, customized and demand-driven. Fm Portal® provides modules with a gradual build-up. You decide how much care you want to hand over.

The most common modules are:
 

1. Inventory and advice
The Fm Portal® consultant takes interviews within your organization to gain insight into your facility services, outsourced services, limitations and overhead. Through a SWOT analysis (an assessment of strengths and weaknesses) the consultant interprets the (management) information, also the controllability in the concentration range is taken into account. After this analysis, the consultant presents the results and points out what Fm Portal® can do for your organization- and what  the potential savings are.
 

2. Alignment and contracts
The consultant explores the controllability options in your area. Say, in this way, outsourced services can be reduced. The consultant concludes based on these procurement scans, framework contracts with suppliers. The Fm Portal® advisor will always be your only contact.

 

3. Facility Subscription
With a facility subscription, Fm Portal® manages, as a service desk, all your active contracts and serves as a contact to your suppliers. You can choose from several subscription plans. In all cases, our staff monitors your invoices on the principles and quality requirements within the contracts.
 

4. Maincontracting
In this construction the facility subscription is taken one step further. Fm Portal provides billing tailored to your needs. Do you want an invoice for your outsourced services broken down by month? Or rather a quarter? Everything is possible within Fm Portal®.
